Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a background in manufacturing or industrial companies to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction.

• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and workforce coordination.

• Coordinate payroll processing, salary structures, PF, ESI, bonus, and statutory compliance.

• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

• Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and employee development.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and employment regulations.

• Manage manpower planning for production, shop-floor, and office teams.

• Prepare HR MIS reports related to headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment, and payroll.

• Coordinate with department heads and senior management on HR matters.

• Support HR audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

• Working knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance.

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and workforce management.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.

• Ability to manage shop-floor employees and office staff.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies.

• Experience independently managing end-to-end HR operations.

• Candidate Preference: Male candidate preferred, subject to applicable employment laws and company policy.
