Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage hiring for Telecallers, Team Leaders, and other operational roles.
Network-Based Hiring: Leverage personal networks, employee referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media, local communities, and other innovative sourcing channels beyond job portals.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a ready pool of candidates for immediate and future hiring requirements.
Bulk Hiring: Drive target-based recruitment to meet the company's manpower requirements within defined timelines.
Screening & Selection: Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and facilitate onboarding.
Team Coordination: Work closely with business and operations teams to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
HR Operations: Manage attendance, employee records, joining formalities, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Employee Retention: Support employee engagement initiatives and work towards reducing early attrition.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in fintech, financial services, BPO, telecalling, or sales environments.
A strong existing network of Telecallers, Team Leaders, and sales professionals.
Demonstrated ability to source candidates through channels beyond conventional job portals.
Experience in bulk hiring and target-driven recruitment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, meet hiring deadlines, and deliver measurable recruitment results.
