Job Title: HR Manager (Plant Operations & Industrial Relations)
​Role Objective
​We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Personnel Management and Industrial Relations functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing plant-level HR operations, ensuring 100% statutory compliance, and fostering a productive, safe, and motivated work environment.
​Key Responsibilities
​1. Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition
​Lead the recruitment and selection process for both workmen and staff.
​Strategize manpower planning to align with production targets and plant requirements.
​2. Industrial Relations & Employee Welfare
​Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
​Oversee staff welfare activities and canteen management to ensure high employee morale.
​Communicate and explain organization-wide HR policies across all levels of the plant.
​3. Statutory Compliance & Payroll
​Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, including ESI and PF regulations and timely filing of all returns.
​Manage monthly payroll, wage administration, and attendance systems (including Excel-based processing).
​Oversee the preparation of all official documentation, including appointment letters, increments, and full & final settlements.
​4. Operational Excellence & Safety
​Drive 5S initiatives to maintain plant discipline and organization.
​Manage industrial safety, environment protocols, and security gate operations.
​Implement performance management systems and Kaizen activities to improve operational efficiency.
​Required Qualifications & Skills
​Education: MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
​Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of experience in HR & Admin within a manufacturing/industrial setup.
​Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel and Word for attendance tracking and reporting.
​Soft Skills: Strong leadership, active listening, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
​Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
