Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance.
Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
Coordinate performance reviews and incentive programs.
Manage payroll coordination and basic HR documentation.
Support management in building effective communication between teams.
