• Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.

• Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance.

• Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.

• Coordinate performance reviews and incentive programs.

• Manage payroll coordination and basic HR documentation.
