Human Resource Management
Recruit, train, and supervise hospital staff across departments.
Foster teamwork, staff development, and continuous education.
Address staffing needs, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
Promote employee well-being, motivation, and retention.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and long-term plans.
Lead performance reviews, audits, and risk management initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership, physicians, and external stakeholders.
Drive digital transformation and adoption of healthcare technologies.
Patient & Community Engagement
Ensure patient satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
