We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team at Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd. in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations. You will also be responsible for supporting training, engagement, and performance management processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and implement HR policies and job descriptions.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Oversee payroll management and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.

• Support training, development, and performance appraisal systems.

• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies.

• Ensure legal compliance and smooth HR operations across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA (HR) / PG in MHRM

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, with exposure to payroll & compliance

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of HRMS tools, sourcing techniques, and labor laws.

• Problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and people-management skills.

• Open to working Monday to Saturday.
