We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management for our Digital Security Company. The role requires good people skills, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Handle payroll, attendance, and HR policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws & company rules
Resolve employee queries and grievances
Drive performance reviews & training programs
Support management in workforce planning & engagement
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
5+ years of HR experience (2+ years in a managerial role)
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance & labor laws
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience in security/IT/service industry preferred
