1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Prepare and post job vacancies and coordinate interviews.
Identify manpower requirements in consultation with department heads.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate final selections.
Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities.
2. Employee Management
Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave, and absenteeism.
Maintain good employee relations and promote a positive work environment.
Conduct employee engagement activities when required.
3. Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
Ensure salary-related information is submitted accurately and on time.
Maintain proper records of employee compensation and benefits.
4. Performance Management
Coordinate employee performance evaluations and appraisals.
Work with department heads to identify performance issues and improvement areas.
Monitor employee productivity and support performance improvement initiatives.
5. Training & Development
Identify employee training requirements.
Coordinate induction and orientation programmes for new employees.
Arrange internal and external training programmes.
Support skill development and career growth of employees.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
Implement company HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
Coordinate with management regarding HR-related legal and statutory matters.
7. Hospitality Operations Support
Coordinate manpower requirements across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other business units.
Ensure adequate staffing for operational requirements.
Maintain communication with property managers and department heads regarding HR issues.
Support smooth manpower deployment and transfers between properties when required.
8. HR Reporting
Prepare regular HR reports for management.
Maintain reports related to headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, vacancies, and employee performance.
Provide management with HR-related insights and recommendations.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, resort, or service industry.
Candidates with experience handling HR operations across multiple properties will be preferred.
