• Induction & Joining Formalities
• Employee Relations: Handling grievances, resolving team conflicts, and maintaining harmony
• Attendance & Leave Management
• Salary & Payroll Coordination
• Exit Process & Exit Interviews
• Management-Employee Coordination: Acting as a bridge between leadership and staff
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building
• Ensuring Compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
• Maintaining Company Image as an employer of choice

Who You Are:
• 3+ years of proven HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Able to independently manage HR operations
• Loyal, dependable, and committed to building a strong organizational culture
• MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory if experience is solid
