Roles & Responsibilities:
· Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all showrooms in the assigned zone.
· Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and induction for showroom staff in coordination with central HR.
· Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and SOPs at the zonal level.
· Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention, morale, and productivity.
· Monitor attendance, discipline, and workplace conduct through showroom visits and reporting systems.
· Support performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development plans with store managers and HQ.
· Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance records with payroll teams.
· Maintain statutory compliance with labor laws including ESI, PF, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
· Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
· Conduct regular HR audits and maintain accurate documentation and records.
· Act as a strategic HR business partner to zonal leadership for manpower planning and HR strategy alignment.
