Job Title: Executive HR

Location: Near Nagli Metro Station, Najafgarh, Delhi

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR Specialization

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including hiring for new profiles to attract and retain top talent.

✔️ Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.

✔️ Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.

✔️ Support business growth by fostering employee engagement and development.

✔️ Oversee the performance appraisal system to enhance productivity.

✔️ Manage payroll, benefits, and HR compliance processes.

✔️ Maintain HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.

✔️ Identify and hire candidates for new job roles as per business requirements.

Key Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role (minimum 3 years).

✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

✅ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

✅ Proficiency in HR software, recruitment platforms, and database management.

✅ Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
