Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and coordinate payroll.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and handle all HR documentation.
Maintain detailed records of site visits, deal closures, and sales achievements for commission processing.
Collect and monitor daily EOD reports from employees and ensure proper reporting structure.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and sales commission calculations.
Handle employee queries, performance evaluations, and maintain a disciplined, productive work environment.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or relevant field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
