We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing ESI, PF, payroll, recruitment, and compliance for both on-site and office employees.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office roles (labour, engineers, admin staff, etc.)
Handle ESI & PF compliance – including employee registration, monthly contributions, challan generation, and coordination with EPFO & ESIC portals.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Process monthly payroll, calculate statutory deductions, and issue salary slips.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns under labour laws (ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Coordinate induction and onboarding processes for new employees.
Address employee grievances related to HR, attendance, and benefits.
Liaise with government authorities or consultants for audits and inspections.
Monitor labour law compliance at construction sites.
Support management in policy development, discipline, and performance management.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR, Management, or Commerce)
3+ years of experience as an HR Executive/Manager in a construction or project-based industry
Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, and payroll processes
Familiarity with labour law compliance and site-level HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and HRMS/Payroll software
Diploma/Certification in HR or Labour Law
Experience handling large manpower across multiple sites
