Manage end-to-end recruitment through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Prepare job descriptions and coordinate with department heads
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize candidates
Handle onboarding and induction process
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules, and manpower planning
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/finance team
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances
Maintain healthy employee–management relations
Conduct disciplinary actions as per company policy
Implement and monitor appraisal systems
Support goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes
Identify training and development needs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Manage PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory records
Coordinate audits and inspections
Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
Ensure policy communication and adherence
Support ISO / GOTS / social compliance requirements (if applicable)
Organize induction, safety, and skill development programs
Coordinate internal and external training programs
Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlement
Ensure proper handover and documentation
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Experience with job portals and recruitment tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information
MS Office & HR software knowledge
Qualification & Experience
MBA / MSW / PG in Human Resources
Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience (industry experience preferred)
