 We are seeking an HR Manager (India) to oversee HR operations in Chennai while supporting teams in the U.S. and Turkey. The role covers recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, training, and HR administration—ensuring smooth, people-focused operations across regions.                                                                                                                                                                

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment & onboarding for India; support hiring in U.S. & Turkey.

• Drive employee relations, engagement & performance management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws (India, U.S., Turkey) and manage payroll & benefits.

• Implement training, learning programs & maintain HRMS (GreytHR).

• Oversee HR policies, records & day-to-day HR administration.
