Role Overview: We are looking for a competent HR-Business Development Manager to lead our HR functions while also supporting the company’s growth through tender participation, client interaction, and business coordination. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with a versatile skill set in HR operations and government/defence business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee life cycle management.
Manage HR documentation, employee records, and internal audits.
Handle workplace discipline, and internal communications.
Search, track, and file tenders on GeM Portal, Defence eProcurement, and other portals.
Liaise with public/private sector tender organizations.
Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical/commercial proposals, and supporting documents.
Monitor tender results and follow up with authorities for clarification or negotiation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and procurement agencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Fresher to 5 years of experience in HR functions with exposure to business development/tendering.
Hands-on experience with GeM portal, eProcurement platforms, and public tenders.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and online tender platforms.
