  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies & procedures.

  • Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding & employee engagement.

  • Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave & employee records.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters & conflict resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

  • Develop HR policies, processes & performance management systems.

  • Coordinate training, development & performance appraisal activities.

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS and workforce-related analytics.

  • Support management in manpower planning and HR strategy.
