Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Create, update, and manage comprehensive job descriptions for various roles.
Sourcing: Proactively engage potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate skill-based testing.
Branding: Advertise open positions on major job portals and maintain a strong employer presence on social media.
Collaboration: Shortlist high-potential candidates and partner with department managers to forecast and identify future hiring needs.
Compliance: Conduct thorough background checks and ensure all recruitment data is accurately updated.
Job Requirements
Education: GRADUATION (ANY FIELD)
Experience: 1 YEAR of proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with resume databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and advanced sourcing techniques.
Soft Skills: Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Must be comfortable working Monday to Saturday.
