Role Description
The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire Human Resource and Administration function, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, ERP management, and office administration. The role demands strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and strong ERP-driven HR process management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in manufacturing/waste management/operations industry.
Prior experience in ERP implementation & management is highly desirable.
HR Operations & ERP Management
Manage ERP-based HR modules: employee data, attendance, payroll, leave, appraisal, compliance.
Ensure accurate data entry, document uploads, and expiry tracking.
Implement & improve PMS with KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal templates.
Integrate ERP with biometric attendance; generate real-time reports.
Create automated HR dashboards for management.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment and offer letters.
Conduct orientations; complete ERP onboarding.
Update employee hierarchy & reporting structure.
Payroll & Compliance
Process payroll in ERP including OT, deductions, bonuses.
Ensure PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Labour Law compliance.
Maintain digital and physical personnel records.
Employee Engagement & Performance
Organize engagement activities, training, and surveys.
Track probation, confirmation, and contract renewals in ERP.
Manage appraisals and incentives.
Administration Management
Oversee procurement, maintenance, housekeeping, vendor management.
Arrange travel, hotels, and expense reimbursements.
Maintain safety, security, and compliance at office/sites.
Manage asset issuance, tracking, and return.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly HR & Admin MIS reports.
Maintain HOTO documentation for smooth transitions.
Present manpower and resource utilization reports.
