Requirement
Manage daily HR activities and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
Provide end-of-day updates to the management regarding all activities.
Maintain and share daily call reports (number of calls, follow-ups, conversions, etc.).
Monitor team performance and submit daily reporting to the general manager.
Handle recruitment, screening, and coordination with candidates when required.
Ensure proper communication between management and team members.
Track attendance, productivity, and overall team progress.
Quickly resolve basic team issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain records, reports, and HR documentation in an organized manner.
