HR Intern

Key Responsibilities of an HR Intern: 

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assisting with job postings on various platforms. 

  • Screening resumes and applications. 

  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates. 

  • Helping with onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork and orientation. 

• Employee Records & Data Management:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records and databases. 

  • Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. 

• HR Operations Support:

  • Assisting with payroll and benefits administration. 

  • Responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. 

  • Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies. 

  • Supporting employee engagement activities and events. 

• General Administrative Duties:

  • Filing HR documents and managing paperwork. 

  • Assisting with special projects and HR initiatives. 

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team. 

• Compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
