We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance.
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate interview processes with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in preparing HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Maintain attendance and leave records
Support payroll data preparation (if applicable)
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
