Job Title: HR Fresher

Roles and Responsibilities:-
•    Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
•    Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
•    Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
•    Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related activities.
•    Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
•    Manage attendance records and assist in payroll coordination.
•    Handle basic queries from employees regarding HR policies and processes.
•    Contribute to performance management and training & development initiatives.
•    Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:-
•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•    Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
•    A proactive attitude and team spirit.
