Job Summary:

As an HR Intern at Skybridge HR Solution, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of human resources. You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups.

Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Prepare and manage HR documents, such as offer letters, joining forms, and attendance records.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Contribute to HR projects, such as policy drafting, surveys, and data analysis.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (pursuing or recently completed).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
