Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter Intern who is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. The selected candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking.

The role provides hands-on exposure to real-time client requirements, job portals, sourcing tools, and candidate interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and assist in fulfilling recruitment mandates.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements.

• Shortlist suitable profiles and coordinate interviews.

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and update daily/regular recruitment reports.

• Support the recruitment team in meeting defined KPIs and hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in HR and Recruitment.

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

• Willingness to learn and work in a performance-driven environment.

• Must have a personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection.
