Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with identifying and recruiting top talent, managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, and driving employer branding initiatives. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases.
Qualifications
Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
Proficiency in Employer Branding and developing strategies to attract top talent
Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment
Familiarity with Recruiting processes and techniques
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
