Position: Human Resource (HR) Intern

Location: Noida Sector 63

Stipend: 10 to 15k as per your interview

Role Overview:

We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a polite and respectful personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in recruitment and candidate screening

Posting job openings on various job portals

Shortlisting resumes and coordinating interviews

Communicating professionally with candidates

Maintaining candidate database and records

Supporting HR documentation and onboarding process

Handling calls and follow-ups in a polite manner

Required Skills & Qualities:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Polite, respectful, and professional behavior

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sincere, disciplined, and punctual

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Good listening skills

Presentable and well-groomed personality

Eligibility:

Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (Any Stream)

MBA (HR) pursuing / completed preferred

Freshers are welcome
