We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team and handle the full-cycle recruitment process at Knowledge Gainer Institute. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience while contributing to the growth of the organization.

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

• Conduct background checks and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Strong verbal & written communication skills.

• Knowledge of resume databases & sourcing techniques.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment.

• Open to working 5 days a week.

💰 Stipend/Salary: ₹1000 – ₹11,000 (in-hand) with growth opportunities.
