🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update HR databases and candidate trackers

Support the onboarding process for new joiners

Draft job descriptions and post openings on multiple platforms

Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications

Support daily HR operations and documentation work

✅ Requirements:

Pursuing/completed MBA in HR or relevant field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Eagerness to learn and take initiative
