Job Description:
l Source candidates from different sources like Naukri, Jobhai, Referral data & process for interviews accordingly.
l Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, post job advertisements on job boards and social media, and coordinate recruitment processes.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
l Onboard new employees, prepare workstations, coordinate orientation programs and ensure completion of necessary joining formalities.
Role Requirement:
l Understanding on recruitment process.
l Must be interested to travel within Hyderabad as per the requirement.
l Strong organizational, administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
l Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate in Hindi & Telugu.
