Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Noida Sector 64, Uttar Pradesh, India
Department: Human Resources (Recruitment/People Operations)
An HR intern usually supports basic HR and recruitment tasks, such as:
Assisting with candidate sourcing and screening (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
Coordinating interviews and communication with applicants
Updating applicant databases and HR records
Helping with onboarding documentation for new joiners
Supporting HR documentation and reporting
Helping team with employee engagement activities
Assisting daily HR operations and admin tasks

Most HR internship roles ask for:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.com, BA), ideally in HR or Business
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Basic MS Office knowledge
Enthusiasm for HR and willingness to learn
Ability to handle multiple admin tasks and maintain confidentiality
