We’re looking for a proactive and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Sector 63, Noida.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who already have some exposure to HR, recruitment, candidate coordination, or calling and want to build strong practical experience in Human Resources.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn & job portals
• Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
• Candidate calling, follow-ups & coordination
• Interview scheduling and coordination
• Supporting onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintaining HR documentation and records
• Assisting with day-to-day HR operations
• Supporting the HR team in ongoing recruitment activities
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Prior HR Internship / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition exposure preferred
✔️ 0–1 year of relevant experience
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Comfortable with candidate calling and follow-ups
✔️ Basic understanding of recruitment processes
✔️ Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / MS Office
✔️ Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take responsibility
✔️ MBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, or other HR/Business-related candidates are welcome
