· Identifying Staffing Needs
· Co-ordination with concern department for recruitment.
· Induction
· Managing Employee records after on boarding.
· Write Job Descriptions for the needed position
· Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
· Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
· Assist teams in screening resumes
· Conduct initial phone screens
· Schedule calls and interviews
· Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
· Participate in recruiting events
· Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Desired Candidate Profile
· Fresher in Human Resource and the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
· Proficient in MS-Office
· Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
· Strong and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Problem-solving aptitude
· Critical-thinking skills / Good Decision-making skills
· Conducts routine assessment of the firm’s employment needs
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or MBA/PGDM
