Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Help with employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Assist in preparing HR reports, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks.
Support payroll processing and documentation as needed.
Learn and contribute to HR policies and compliance.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Interest in learning HR practices in a dynamic digital marketing environment.
