Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Dehradun. The intern will support the HR department in day-to-day activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and other HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various job portals and networks.
•Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
•Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
•Support in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
•Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
•Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
•Handle basic queries related to HR policies and processes.
Requirements:
•Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
•Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
