Job Summary:

Embark on a valuable 3-month HR internship journey with Skyrath Pvt.Ltd., based in Delhi . This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. As an HR Intern, you will gain practical skills and insights into the world of Human Resources. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, a Letter of Recommendation, and may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer, paving the way for a potential future career with us.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks and documentation.

  • Help organize and execute employee engagement activities.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.

  • Support the HR team in various projects as needed.

Requirements:
This internship is open to candidates who are eager to gain practical experience in Human Resources. Applicants with an educational background in MBA/PGDM, BBA, or the Pharmaceutical field are encouraged to apply. A proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for professional development are essential.

Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month (based on performance)

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with candidates and employees.

  • Proficiency in interview scheduling and coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various HR documentation and reporting tasks.

  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and support HR operations effectively.

  • Experience or understanding of resume screening techniques to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
