We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities
Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation
Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees
Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
