Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Help in drafting HR policies and internal communications
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Good organizational and time management skills
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
