About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable

exposure to HR operations and practices in a fast-paced work environment. The intern will support the HR team in

various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in posting job openings on job portals and company platforms.

● Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.

● Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

● Maintain employee records and help update the HR database.

● Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.

● Help in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports.

● Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and projects.

● Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.

Requirements:

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

Psychology, or a related field.

● Strong interest in HR functions and people management.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

● A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
