Job Summary
The Head of HR will be responsible for leading the HR function across all projects and offices of Seven Solar Energy. This role involves strategic planning, workforce development, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement—especially within solar EPC site operations. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and on-the-ground HR experience in the solar EPC industry.
Key Responsibilities
•	Lead HR strategy aligned with company goals and site operations in the solar EPC domain.
•	Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, especially site-based staff (engineers, supervisors, technicians, etc.).
•	Develop and implement policies for workforce planning, labor management, and compliance specific to renewable energy project sites
•	Handle onboarding, induction, and deployment of manpower across solar EPC sites.
•	Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
•	Oversee training and development programs for technical and non-technical staff.
•	Resolve employee grievances and implement disciplinary procedures when necessary.
•	Manage site attendance systems, payroll coordination, and HR MIS reports.
•	Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
•	Coordinate HR activities between HO and remote EPC project locations.
Key Skills & Competencies
•	Strong knowledge of HR practices in solar EPC/renewable energy project environments.
•	Excellent understanding of labor laws, site compliance, and manpower management.
•	Proficient in handling site HR documentation, contracts, and statutory records.
•	Experience in handling large-scale site deployments and workforce mobilization.
•	Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•	Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems is a plus.
Educational Qualifications
•	Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•	Additional certifications in labor law or industrial relations are preferred.
Work Experience
•	Minimum 4 years of hands-on HR experience in solar EPC or renewable energy project-based organizations.
•	Proven experience in managing HR operations across multiple solar project sites.
