Role Purpose:
Lead the complete HR function for the organization, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, compliance, compensation, learning & development, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy in line with business and growth objectives.
Lead recruitment for corporate, sales, projects, construction, engineering, finance, and support functions.
Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and leadership positions.
Establish manpower planning, organization structures, job descriptions, and succession plans.
Design and manage performance management systems, KRAs/KPIs, appraisals, and incentives.
Develop compensation structures, salary bands, variable pay, and sales incentive plans.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and retention.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, payroll, and HR policies.
Create and continuously improve HR policies, processes, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, communication, and internal initiatives.
Develop training and leadership-development programs based on business requirements.
Partner with business heads to improve productivity, team effectiveness, and organizational capability.
Manage HR MIS, dashboards, attrition analysis, manpower costs, and other HR analytics.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR operations.
Support organizational restructuring, expansion, new projects, and change-management initiatives.
Act as a strategic HR advisor to the CEO/MD and senior management.
