Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with group business goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational structure, talent, and workforce planning.

People & Talent Management:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various levels across the group.

  • Build strong talent pipelines and ensure efficient onboarding for all new hires.

  • Lead initiatives to improve employee retention and succession planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Handle all employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Foster a positive, transparent, and productive work environment.

  • Design and execute employee engagement activities and culture-building programs.

Compliance & Policy Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws for all group companies.

  • Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and documentation as per statutory requirements.

Performance & Development:

  • Manage the performance appraisal process for 200+ employees.

  • Work with department heads to identify training needs and implement learning & development plans.

HR Operations & Workforce Management:

  • Maintain accurate HR data and records for all employees.

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.

  • Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and disciplinary procedures.
