Employee Relations & Engagement:
Handle all employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions with professionalism and confidentiality.
Foster a positive, transparent, and productive work environment.
Design and execute employee engagement activities and culture-building programs.
Compliance & Policy Administration:
Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws for all group companies.
Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and documentation as per statutory requirements.
Performance & Development:
Manage the performance appraisal process for 200+ employees.
Work with department heads to identify training needs and implement learning & development plans.
HR Operations & Workforce Management:
Maintain accurate HR data and records for all employees.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and disciplinary procedures.
