HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of three Polar Bear outlets within the assigned area.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand standards in all stores.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock management, and wastage control.

• Conduct regular audits of hygiene, safety, and store maintenance.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and guide outlet managers and their teams to achieve performance targets.

• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.

• Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development plans.

Sales & Profitability:

• Achieve sales and profitability targets for all outlets under supervision.

• Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to plan promotional activities.

• Implement cost-control measures to improve margins.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and superior guest experience.

• Handle escalated customer feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.

• Promote brand loyalty and customer engagement initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Submit regular operational and financial reports to management.

• Coordinate with the supply chain, marketing, and HR teams for smooth outlet operations.

• Contribute to strategic planning and execution for business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience in retail, F&B, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams.

• Knowledge of P&L management, inventory systems, and customer service best practices.
