Job Description

Hiring: HR Manager (Factory Operations)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people practices while overseeing factory administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, frame, and implement HR policies for both on-roll and contract employees

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement, exits)

Oversee factory administration, including:

Security management

Housekeeping operations

Vendor coordination

Maintain discipline, employee relations, and grievance handling

Support audits and documentation for compliance and certifications

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing setup

Strong knowledge of labor laws and contract workforce management

Ability to handle administration and operations efficiently

Good communication and leadership skills

Location: TSIIC, Kallakal
