HR Head

• Ensure timely filing and submission of PF and ESIC returns.

• Resolve employee PF and ESIC-related concerns.

• Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.

5. TDS & Tax Compliance

• Coordinate with the CA regarding employee TDS deductions and tax calculations.

• Ensure proper maintenance of TDS records.

• Assist employees regarding Form 16 and tax-related queries.

• Monitor statutory tax compliance requirements.

6. Coordination with Company CA

• Act as the primary HR coordinator with the company's Chartered Accountant.

• Share payroll, compliance, and employee-related data as required.

• Coordinate for PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, Labor Law, and Income Tax compliance.

• Support audits, assessments, and statutory inspections.

7. Employee Relations & Discipline

• Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.

• Conduct disciplinary proceedings when required.

• Issue warning letters, notices, and performance improvement plans.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.

8. Performance Management

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.

• Track employee KPIs and performance metrics.

• Support management in succession planning and employee development.

9. Compliance & Legal Matters

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.

• Maintain records related to statutory inspections and audits.

• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams whenever required.

10. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.

• Track attrition, attendance, recruitment, payroll, and compliance reports.

• Present HR reports to management regularly.
