About the Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and support employees across the organization. The role will cover employee lifecycle management, HR operations, recruitment support, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS.
• Support recruitment and hiring as per business requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
• Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR operations.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with employees and managers on performance and other people-related matters.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are maintained accurately.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Exposure to recruitment and employee engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ideal Candidate Someone who is hands-on, people-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment.
