Job Description

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Team Management

  • Recruit and onboard district-level sales executives (permanent) and freelance business development associates (commission-based) and.other recruitment’s as required time to time

  • Maintain a minimum of 10 freelancers recruited per month, ensuring at least 5 remain active for 3 months.

  • Handle onboarding, training, and exit formalities of all sales personnel/others.

  • Train all members on company processes, CRM usage, and reporting formats.

  • Maintain attendance, performance, and incentive data for all team members.


2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Collect daily reports from telecallers, field executives, and freelancers.

  • Review daily activities, identify performance gaps or field challenges, and provide solutions.

  • Ensure each team member is achieving individual targets (sales, leads, follow-ups).

  • Submit daily summary reports to the Project or Regional Manager.

  • Maintain a monthly dashboard of performance, lead status, and sales achievements.


3. Lead & CRM Management

  • Track all leads in CRM software from generation to closure.

  • Ensure every lead has updated follow-up status, site visit details, and closure remarks.

  • Set automatic reminders for missed follow-ups and issue notices to inactive members.

  • Enter and verify data on the PM Surya Ghar Portal — ensure accurate customer details, load, photos, and KYC documents.

  • Ensure zero data mismatch between CRM, portal, and field reports.


4. Customer Coordination & Execution

  • Communicate directly with customers for surveys, registration, documentation, and installation scheduling.

  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely project completion and quality updates.

  • Update management about ongoing installations, commissioning, and post-installation issues.

  • Support management for additional duties assigned time-to-time.


5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain soft and hard copies of all relevant data — leads, customer KYC, agreements, invoices, site photos, and subsidy documents.

  • Ensure all entries comply with MNRE / PM Surya Ghar guidelines and internal audit standards.
