Candidate Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates from job portals and databases to introduce job opportunities.
Initial Screening: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and communication skills against specific job descriptions.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruitment consultants.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate data, interview notes, and contact details in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
Pipeline Generation: Identify suitable candidates to fill open positions in a timely manner.
Handling Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, resolve queries regarding job opportunities, and provide detailed information about client requirements
