Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening and interview scheduling
Post job openings on online job portals
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Maintain employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation
Support joining formalities and onboarding process
Handle routine HR administrative tasks
Ensure documentation is maintained as per company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline (HR background preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR recruitment and HR operations
Good verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
Ability to manage tasks and meet timelines

Experience Requirement:

Freshers can also apply
