Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.

• Handle onboarding formalities and employee documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and performance tracking.

• Support employee engagement activities and HR operations.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
